Positive: The whole place is beautifully made up. Traditional furniture and decoration, presented in a very clean and decent way. The atmosphere is super peaceful and we found the place to be spotless. The dinner and breakfast were Teishoku sets and absolutely delicious and filling, while satisfying all flavours. The outdoor baths where absolutely stunning, right next to the river and with view of the forest behind. The futons where really cozy and comfortable and the Yukatas provided where comfi as well. The Japanese style room is equipped with hot water for tea, two low tables and one with high chairs and while we had dinner staff prepared the futons for us. We will keep this amazing stay in mind for a long time! :)

Negative: The english level of the staff could be better but it was sufficient to understand everything and get the important information :)

Positive: The onsen was amazing and the highlight of our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really made an effort to accommodate us even though we do not speak Japanese. The river next to the hotel makes it so relaxing and peaceful. The hotel provided instructions for us on how to use the onsen, as it was our first time.

Negative: The pillows were not very comfortable.
