Summary: This was our first time staying at a Secrets Resort. The decor & ambiance are exceptional. The staff was great, the hotel being Adults Only made our stay a lot quieter. This resort is just over a year old, we loved everything being new, & clean. The food was above average for an all-inclusive resort. We highly recommend this resort, the area being approximately an hour north of Cancun, makes for a much more exclusive & private experience being out of the way from everything, with white sand beaches.

Summary: This was our second time staying at Secrets Playa Blanca. We loved it so much last year we had to return. Our favorite to eat at lunch was Oceana and our favorite dinner spot was Seaside Grill. It is a beautiful property with the nicest staff. We will be returning.

Summary: My one complaint about the bath tub water being yellow was taken care of pretty quickly. They offered to move me to another room & constantly checked on me and my stay. I was offered a couple of options to make up for this issue that I’m still waiting to show up in my Hyatt account, but I appreciate their willingness to fix the situation. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff was great. Food was okay, but as with most resort foods it was expected. I enjoyed my stay and would come back to visit again!
