This absolutely stunning Townhouse, directly on the sugar sand beaches of Redington Shores, has everything you can dream of in a vacation home! Great for a large family or a group of friends getaway! The home features an amazing state of the art open kitchen with a large island and all high end stainless GE kitchen appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a Keurig coffee maker, double ovens and a warming drawer in addition to all other standard appliances. The beautiful elegant dining area has seating for 10 plus there's a wet bar with 5 more stools for additional seating. The large living area features a 75 inch flat screen TV and opens up to a beach front balcony with rattan furniture and cocktail tables. Extremely comfortable bedding and an additional ottoman sleeper for extra space is just what you will be looking for after a long day playing on the beach!! The property features an elevator for easy access. Strong Wi-Fi signal throughout with Google Wi-Fi.
2 of the bedrooms with king size beds have en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is a great kids room with 2 twin bunk beds. There's a bonus room that has a flat screen TV and access to another beach front balcony on top floor. All rooms are equipped with large LCD TV's.

Summary: We spent the month of January at this very comfortable and beautiful home. Traveled with my daughter and son in law along with my sister and our two dogs. So nice to be able to bring our well behaved furry babies along!!! That was so appreciated even though they were not allowed on the beaches. There was a small are off the back patio we were able to at least throw frisbees and nice neighborhood to walk as welll overall a wonderful trip!!

Summary: We really enjoyed the location of the house. The beach was not overloaded. There were some great restaurants. I highly recommend salt rock grill, and seabreeze. Surf shops close by. Home had alot of space and many items have been left behind for the beach.. chairs, umbrellas, tents, buckets, wagon ect beach towels were available and basics salt pepper spices ect we were very comfortable and enjoyed this home.
