Positive: The location of this property was really great with easy access to town and amenities. The room was decorated nicely and the bed was very comfortable. Messages were responded to in a timely manner but it is always unfortunate to not have a in-person personal touch.

Negative: The curtains pooling on the floor meant it was difficult to get up in the night and safely work your way around the bed. A queen size bed would have been more appropriate for the small space.

Summary: This unit was nicely laid out and they have made the best use of a small space.

Positive: The location is near the city centre. The room was quite clean and whatever you need is in it. I was able to leave my luggage there until my time. They were helpful. I strongly recommend it

Positive: High-end interior and facilities, lovely big high bed, two basins, and we really loved having the bathrobes in the room. It all felt so luxurious and a real treat

Negative: Everything was fantastic, from the luxurious interior and facilities to the location.
