Summary: The room was spacious and very clean the bathroom was roomie and the shower and toilet were very clean

Summary: We got to the hotel early so left our bags until 3pm check in. Once we got to our room, the bathroom had not been cleaned or even touched. Called reception who said they would send cleaner. 5 min later we got call to come to reception and they would give us a new room. Got our luggage went down from floor 10 to find out the new room was 2 doors down on floor 10. Better communication would have been good. The new room was dusty and needed a deep clean. Only one pillow per side provided (other room 2 pillows). One elevator only working so long waits. The elevator looked likes it had not been cleaned for a long time.

Summary: The toilet seat was broken when we arrived stayed 6 nights but no one ever came to fix it. Kinda sad that for a nice hotel they have no maintenance staff. No compensation was offered for us having to deal with this issue. It’s like they didn’t care.
