Positive: I loved my stay at Sandy Heaven. All the staff were fantastic and so friendly. They helped me to arrange travel (both by speedboat and by ferry) to Male and to the airport, as well as an amazing snorkeling trip on which I saw turtles, rays and other incredible marine life. My room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the island and the ocean. There were great restaurants just next door, and Saif and the rest of the team made sure I had absolutely everything I needed. Can't wait to return!

Positive: Gulhi is a small, cozy island that lives at its own leisurely pace; tourists haven't yet spoiled its authenticity and charm. The Sandy Haven Hotel fits right in with this atmosphere. It's definitely seen its best days, probably one of the first such ventures on the island, but paradoxically, this is now its greatest asset. Its architecture doesn't disrupt the character of the street and surroundings, it belongs to the island. Our room offered virtually everything a beachgoer could expect: a good shower, beach towels, solid air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The traditional décor (stone wall) and beautiful night lamps made from coconuts are an added bonus. The reception desk goes above and beyond to meet guests' expectations. Mr. Saif - thanks a lot 🙏🏻. The swimming area in Gulhi is highly recommended - azure water with easy and safe access. The only restaurant in Gulhi also offers the best crisps in the world - freshly baked, huge, thin potato flakes that heavenly crack in your mouth 😋.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful with our bags to and from the ferry, offered room cleaning daily and restocked us with coffee supplies and water. Beds were comfy

Negative: We got the downstairs room right by reception and breakfast meaning it was very loud at very early hours- take earplugs! It also therefore didn’t have a window so the room itself was quite dark I would suggest brighter bulbs to make it look cleaner and more welcoming

Positive: we literally enjoy to stay in this hotel staff very great everyone so helpful especially beautiful Ms.selena she so nice and friendly and we didn’t expect anything more the hotel near to the beach breakfast also great room are clean even though it was small island but we love it more relaxed enjoy our holiday there so we recommend to stay in this hotel all activities if you want to do they have everything to helping you thank you sooo much sandy heaven Maldives we have good memories there & we hope will come back again ☺️
