Positive: Such a lovely place with friendly staff. The place was clean, and had an excellent location. The availability of pool was a plus point. Breakfast and other meals were tasty and wonderful. they even had a restaurant where other meal options were made available upon request.
Negative: The standard room with island view didn't have a balcony. That made it a bit difficult for me to dry my clothes after my swim. However, staff made sure that I had a reasonable area to dry my clothes.
Summary: An affordable place with excellent service.

Positive: We were looking for a local island close to the airport while trying to find a flight back to Europe. Hotel Arrival seemed like the most modern and nicest hotel on the island based on our walks around. The island itself is very small and relatively underdeveloped, but it has really beautiful beaches and great opportunities for snorkeling. Our daughter especially loved all the animals - parrots, shark feeding, we saw dolphins from balcony, excursions, and more. The hotel felt almost brand new, was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. I would give it a 8.5 stars
Negative: Except breakfast only minor issues, such as the balcony door being difficult to close and the bathroom not being very comfortable.

Positive: Great island to visit. Hotel and room was lovely. Great breakfast.
Negative: Arrived and was given the wrong room, but staff fixed this issue. Chose this hotel for its massage spa. I tried to make a booking and was told to go to the level to do so but there were no staff around to book in all day, so didn't get a massage. I was disappointed.
