Positive: We were looking for a local island close to the airport while trying to find a flight back to Europe. Hotel Arrival seemed like the most modern and nicest hotel on the island based on our walks around. The island itself is very small and relatively underdeveloped, but it has really beautiful beaches and great opportunities for snorkeling. Our daughter especially loved all the animals - parrots, shark feeding, we saw dolphins from balcony, excursions, and more. The hotel felt almost brand new, was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. I would give it a 8.5 stars

Negative: Except breakfast only minor issues, such as the balcony door being difficult to close and the bathroom not being very comfortable.

Positive: Great island to visit. Hotel and room was lovely. Great breakfast.

Negative: Arrived and was given the wrong room, but staff fixed this issue. Chose this hotel for its massage spa. I tried to make a booking and was told to go to the level to do so but there were no staff around to book in all day, so didn't get a massage. I was disappointed.

Negative: Breakfast not great. Not even a real coffee. Hotel do not sell water bottles The bed sheets don’t get changed The island where the hotel is Gulhi is not a turistic island at all People rip you off on the rate currency The swimming pool only fits 2 people in the sun. People have nowhere to seat in the sun The pool is so small that is always empty There are no chairs at the beach. Workers at the beach will charge you 20 dollars to use chairs and umbrellas . If you get to the beach at 9pm you can’t get a chair and the worker at the beach actually told us to get up earlier. I mean. Really? Get up early on my holidays to have a chair on the beach? The hotel is a joke, completely different from the adds that they use Not to mention the air con . Air con makes a noise of a washing machine all night The rooms have tiny windows unless you get one with a seaview Fridge in the room only for decoration TV never worked WiFi is the worse you can have. Goes on and off every 5 mins They will charge you a transfer to the airport for 40 dollars return per person but if you take local ferry is 16 dollars return per person The hotel has no intertainment. Absolutely nothing to do in this island or at the hotel apart from watching a few sharks in the sea at night
