Summary: Beautiful hotel with rooms overlooking the Mekong River. Rooms are lovely, spacious, very clean and comfortable with balcony. Swimming pool also beautiful (but bear in mind there are about 150 steps to get to it!). We had dinner at the hotel which was very nice and bfast was set, probably because we had an early transfer. Hotel rooms and views are so beautiful, i wish we'd stayed a few more days. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Nice room.. pleasant staff, grateful for the easy pick up from the bit terminal. Food very average in flavour, breakfast was minimal... fruit on a stick, crepe and eggs... it felt there was meant to be a French fusion vibe... but wasn't feeling it, that said they clearly do amazing work with the community so fair play and good luck. Great work

Summary: The setting is incredible and the property utilized every opportunity to capitalize on the natural beauty of the view and surrounding foliage. Just as important as the setting was the attentive beautiful people who work there. The food was great and well presented.

Summary: The room offered a beautiful view, and the service was good. However, the soundproofing is poor; I could clearly hear the neighboring doors opening and closing. The breakfast experience was disappointing; I waited 25 minutes for my food, and they refused to provide bread while I was waiting for my noodles. Additionally, I was only given one bottle of water for a two-night stay, which was inconvenient.

Summary: Very poorly managed. No hair dryers. They literally act like you’re inconveniencing them by even asking… “you can come pick one up in the other building.”

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our short but beautiful stay at this great property. With superb views of the mighty Mekong and 2 decks to enjoy them from, we were reluctant to leave our room. The bed & pillows were super comfy, making for a very good night's sleep. The staff made us hearty breakfast boxes for our early morning departure, plus free transfers were included from and to the pier to catch our slow boat. I could've easily stayed another couple of nights to fully immerse myself in the Mekong experience.
