Positive: Incredible hotel and for the price you pay it is luxury!

Negative: Nothing the hotel can do, but the bugs were crazy on an evening, but that is expected been in the middle of no where - maybe get a book zapper?

Positive: The breakfast was unusual, being ordered and provided to our table. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

Negative: Perhaps to cater better for older people, there could be additional hand rails alongside steps.

Summary: A very enjoyable experience in which we also learned a lot about Laos.

Positive: Friendliness of the staff! English skills were excellent! The manager was super welcoming, helpful and friendly! The pool was great and the room very comfortable with the best view taken in while having a lovely shower!!!!

Negative: Nothing, it was low season and we understood that it is also a remote location stay! It was perfect all things considered.
