Summary: When we arrived we were told ‘no water’, of course these things happen and the village was out-but maybe it could have been said in a better way. The bucket given to us at 8pm was a case of a little too late. But room was clean and breakfast good, location perfect for the slow boat.

Summary: Nice small seemingly new built hotel, over the river. Nice accommodating staff. Slightly pandemonious breakfast, but we got it before we had to rush to the boat. Ok stay for the price.

Summary: Next to one of the only two bars in Pakbang which was great. Easy to access from the boat pier by walking. Phenomenal and large breakfast to fuel before day 2 of the slow boat.

Summary: The owner of BKC villas came to the dock and personally picked me up and brought me to the hotel. The bed in the hotel room was extremely comfortable and the first bed here in Asia that was high and very easy for me to get into.

Summary: Seems like the hotel can't understand that when you reserve a king size bed months in advance and they offer you 2 twin beds; that you might be a little upset... they basically told me too bad for you and said they were sold out... sadly I've stayed here before and could not believe their indifference to their mistake.... but they know that you are only there for one night on the slow boat... they now have a breakfast buffet which had lots of fresh fruit and was better than average... just be aware that at the end of the day they don't really care.

Summary: We stayed for just one night, so didn’t spend too much time here. Reception staff was not very friendly neither talkative. Upon checkout he was still sleeping behind the desk and didn’t want to get up. We could get breakfast to take with us on the boat, which was nice. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
