Summary: This was a beautiful, clean property that had everything we needed! We loved the covered patio off the bedroom for afternoon naps and eating outside. Easy walk to downtown and most attractions. Easy drive to either beach. Our only issue was with having someone staying upstairs for part of our stay. We did not realize this was downstairs unit and we might have someone staying on the second floor. They had several children in their group and did not go to bed until midnight at least either night. Besides that, it was the perfect place for a getaway.

Summary: Exactly as advertised. This place was extremely updated and clean, very roomy, comfortable bed, washer dryer, large refrigerator and had everything we needed. It is very close to historic downtown and Flagler College. Host has very easy directions and lots of information on the property. Loved the thorough suggestions of what to do in St Augustine too! Very helpful and appreciated all around!

Summary: This unit was spacious, well equipped, and the location was great. Everything was easily walkable. St Augustine is a busy city and parking is at a premium. The advertised parking was a carport. However, our small rental car did not fit in the carport area- certainly any SUV would not fit. We had to park along the building in an alley which seemed a little chancy. The owner offered to let us park at another property for part of our stay, but we didn't take advantage of that offer since we didn't know the area and it didn't cover our entire stay. We felt better parking in the public parking garage.
