Positive: Mindy was a fabulous host. Great communication. Tended to our every need. Happy to help answer any question or concerns we had. Personable and attentive. House was quaint and in a great location. It was immaculate and provided everything we required. We walked to town, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Casa Lovett for your St Augustine getaway. You won't be disappointed. Absolutely Lovely Home and Host

Negative: Just a personal preference: wish the primary bedroom had a ceiling fan. Guest bedroom and other portions of the home did have ceiling fans. Again, I personally like a ceiling fan in my bedroom. Would not stop me from staying in this lovely home again.

Positive: We loved the house, It was such a cute place to stay. We liked the location and the house had its own parking space which was great. We walked down the street to cute cafe for breakfast. The house was extremely clean. We also like that there was a washer and dryer.

Negative: There was an unpleasant smell in the back bedroom but it was not from being unclean. The room and the bathroom was very clean. It was not anything extremely strong but we noticed it.
