Summary: The perfect getaway! The house had amazing views and the beach was steps away. We felt like we had our own private beach. Shopping, Restaurants and St. Augustine is within a few minutes of this property. We have already started planning our next trip back to Artist Haven!

Summary: The Treehouse's Artists Haven, or middle floor, in Summer Haven is truly a special place with spectacular views in a cozy set up. Unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful via phone. Will stay again in the future.

Summary: The location of this property is literally worth a million dollars! Amazing! The family, including our dogs, had a great time beach combing and in the process we had the opportunity to rescue a wash backed green sea turtle. The property is great, well stocked, cozy and comfortable. The exterior and landscaping needs some TLC, but other than that we all had a great time and will be back soon!

Summary: I stayed here with my brother and 80 year old mother. It was perfect! My mother was able to walk down the steps to be right on the beach, and when she didn’t feel like walking out, she enjoyed the ocean view and breeze on the deck. It was such a quiet, beautiful place to make memories with family. I am so thankful for our time here!

Summary: Amazing views with a fully stocked kitchen. The use of the BBQ and washer and dryer were nice. We didn’t love the windows into the rooms so you had no privacy from anyone that is in the living room / kitchen.
