Positive: Everything was wonderful. The property was beautiful and the owner and staff went over and above. We actually at dinner at the property on 3 nights and the food was amazing! I would stay there again!

Negative: There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great!!

Positive: The owners, Antonella and Giuseppe, are angels on earth. They are so attentive, setting up rides and arranging tours. Shuttling guests into town. They go far beyond what you would expect. The food at breakfast was beyond amazing. Fresh baked pastry, home made fruit jams, cheeses, fresh eggs and yogurts granola, fresh fruits all displayed in a gorgeous way! We also ate dinner at the property and it was one of the best dinners that we had in Italy. Loved it.

Summary: A perfect, quiet Italian getaway with sea views and perfect hosts.

Positive: This is a cute boutique hotel with amazing staff and rooms. They were very good at communication and very attentive to their guests! The room is also very spacious and had your usual hotel amenities.

Negative: Depending on your main reason for staying at Sorrento, the location could be a miss. This place is far from city center -- not walkable. So you have to either take their shuttle or hire a taxi. Their shuttle runs only 5 or so times a day so I would take this into account depending on your itinerary.

Positive: It was very intimate, we rarely saw other guests and the staff was very attentive so it made it seem as if we were the only people staying there. Which was a different experience for us.

Negative: There wasn’t really a negative we could think of, the owner cooked meals were delicious and fresh, right off the main road so it was easy to access, the view was amazing, shuttle service to Sorrento’s was very nice to have, we honestly don’t have anything bad to add to our stay.

Summary: Great personalized service, great communication, amazing location/view and authentic food!
