5 Bedroom Villa in Priora, Sorrento

The villa is spread out over three floors along the garden which is also made up of various terracings. Villa Bianca is located on the higher level where the swimming pool is positioned and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples.
The house has various terracing where you can enjoy a postcard-like landscape with Vesuvius rising above the gulf and reflecting in the sea, which in this area, is a deep blue. Villa Bianca is part of a recently renovated villa.
The access is direct from the main road and there is also a private parking.
The house is located on the second foor and the swimming pool on the third.
So after 30 steps you will be on the second floor, where there is the house.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces of about 80 m2, an open space with the kitchen, the dining and the living room, in the main villa. There is also an annex with two bedrooms with bathroom en-suite.
The Main Villa
The open space zone is very bright and spacious. Here you can find a dining room, a flat screen T. V.-sat., a DVD player. It is equipped, like all the other spaces of the house, with air conditioning, heating and WI-FI internet access. The kitchen is very comfortable. It has a stove top with 4 burners, an electric oven, dishwashing machine, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and also an electric espresso coffee maker. There is a table that accommodates 10/12 people; so you have the possibility to have meals also inside the house. Moreover, from this area you have the access to a terrace that is perfect for family moments, equipped with a table for 12 people that is located under two automatic awnings that are perfect during the hot summer days.
The three bedrooms are big, bright and the particular thing is that they are painted in different colors: gray, green and light blue. Three colors for a typical Mediterranean room design. All three have a breathtaking view and the beds are matrimonial and, on demand, two of them can become two single beds. They have a common access to another panoramic terrace equipped with bench and chairs with table to enjoy the house better with the view also from the bedrooms.
From the hallway there is not only the access to the bedrooms but also to the bathrooms. The two bathrooms have a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and a heater.
At the end of the hallway there is the access to a very panoramic living-room, surrounded by olive trees, with a sofa –bed, sat-tv, air conditionated.From here, you have the access to another equipped terrace and the stairs to reach the annex and some steps up there is also the swimming pool.
The annex
The annex is located in a particular area of the house, just a little bit apart from the rest. The area is green and full of olives that surround the little house with a beautiful and comfortable terrace.
In the annex there are another two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, with shower. They are new, bright and absolutely romantically located.
Laundry: It has Dryer and washing machine.
The splendid swimming pool of 70 m2 is located on a sun terrace of about 170 m2. It is well equipped with chairs, sun loungers and benches. On the terrace there is also a changing room with a bathroom a cold water shower, a pizza oven and a BBQ with grill. The swimming pool is usually open from May to November.
There are 10 steps that link the swimming pool area to another fantastic terrace of about 200 m2. It is perfectly equipped to take the sun, eat and drink all together and be refreshed by the fresh breeze under the bamboo roof that partially covers the terrace. From there the view is amazing and you can admire the best things that we can offer you: Vesuvius, Ischia, Procida, the Gulf of Naples and all the Sorrento coast.
There is also a fantastic and provided gym.

Summary: Our party of 8 friends loved our stay at the Villa Bianca. It's a stunning, family owned property with absolutely incredible views. On top of that, Paola set up excursions and private dinners for us that made us feel like we were long lost family meeting our Italian relatives. When one of our group had a medical problem, she got us help immediately. Our experience at the Villa Bianca topped off an incredible stay in Southern Italy. I can't recommend the Villa Bianca highly enough.

Summary: This villa was beautiful and the highlight of our trip. I was there with 8 friends and the villa was large enough for us to spread out and relax after busy days exploring the area. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The views were unbelievable. Paola and her daughter were there to greet us and to make sure we had all the information and instructions we needed for our stay. They arranged a pizza party for us on site for one of our birthdays and it was wonderful. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone staying with a group and who wants to stay away from the busy lower Sorrento area.

Summary: Far exceeded our expectations!. From the moment we arrived with our 3 daughters and their husbands/boyfriends, Paola and her daughter Frederica were so welcoming! Their warm smiles made us feel like we were family from the start. The Villa is nicely situated with breathtaking water views of Mount Vesuvias and Naples. The house itself had everything you need including the inground pool. Paola offers a pizza party that was the highlight of our stay!!! Like a slice of heaven! Villa Bianca should definitely be on your list of places to stay.

Summary: We rented this villa with 10 friends and I cannot write a bad word about this villa or the service we had from the owner Paola and her staff. The villa was very modern and beautifully maintained. Inside the villa it was very clean. The cleaning lady also came twice a week to completely clean the villa and bring clean towels. She also took away all our garbage, so we didn't have to worry about it. Real kudos to the housekeeping! The outdoor area was also beautiful and well maintained. The view you have from the villa and the terrace is magnificent. Finally, I would like to highlight Paola, the owner. She did everything she could to give us the best possible holiday. Firstly we received a very warm welcome. During our holiday she was always available to help us if we had any questions or requests. The way Paola takes care of her guests is outstanding. In short, I can only recommend this house and the associated service from Paola and her staff.

Summary: My clients stayed at Villa Bianca Sorrento this past July, and they loved it. The villa was beautiful, and Paola and her family were helpful and gracious hosts. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the area. It is not located in the "city center" of Sorrento, but my clients appreciated the solitude, the gorgeous views and the private pool. The excursions that Paola arranged were great--they all really loved the Lemon Farm tour. They got to see all of a small family farm, and it was followed by a delicious farm to table lunch. They also really enjoyed our experience at Pompeii with a private guide. Great vacation - thank you Paola!

Summary: From the moment we left the exit of the airport in Naples, Paola met our needs. We took advantage of the extra services of transportation by van and by speed boat that she arranged for us. At the airport we were picked up and driven throughout Naples to the city center, stopping at a favorite restaurant of Paola’s and then driven to the villa. Our week was filled with many wonderful experiences and we were returned to the Naples Airport in time to catch our plane back home. The extra euros are well spent. Driving in Italy is crazy and seeing the ferry lines that go on forever and those waiting in the hot summer sun is appalling. We never had to experience either. The pictures shown on their website are true but upon our arrival the overall beauty of the villa and its breath-taking location was overwhelming beautiful! The feeling is only matched by Paola’s smile, warmth and pride in her property. Additionally, Paola did our grocery shopping for us and attractively displayed the items on the kitchen table - what an amazing greeting. While traveling by our private speed boat to Capri and again to Amalfi we stopped and swam in the clean open waters off the rugged coast-line. This is a life memory for Poppop, Yaya, Aunt Vicki, Mom and Dad and our two teenage girls. When in Sorrento lemons are a big deal, a very, very, big deal. So, Paola arranged a tour of a lemon and olive farm. There we met an Italian family and saw how they ran their farm. They fed us a great lunch.
