Positive: One of our best vacation stays ! The staff - ALL the staff was wonderful ! The breakfast was amazing ! I clean cabins and Air bnbs at home so I looked for mistakes - not one ! Super clean ! Perfect location. We will be staying here again !

Negative: the check in was a little bit disappointing. The receptionist rattled off her spiel, which meant that not everything was clear. She also failed to mention the tourist tax we had to pay, which we only noticed when we saw the bill.

Positive: Location to Pier 39 was the best.

Negative: The safe didn’t work, the deadbolt didn’t latch correctly, if at all. Was asked at check in if I cared which room I was given, which was a weird question. Our room was at the end of the hall and seemed to be a room perhaps not used often because it was dreary and had the above mentioned problems. The staff in the restaurant were rude.

Summary: Great location but room wasn’t worth the rate charged and could have just been the room we got.

Negative: No water pressure, electric outlet for hairdryer has a loose wire and needs to be checked, I tried to phone and email the front desk no one answered the phone for over 45 minutes no response to my email.

Positive: Very nice and modern hotel at Fisherman's Wharf (5 min walking) close to Pier 39 (10 min walking); great location to explore the harbour area; spacious and bright room, appealing interior and very comfortable beds; fantastic breakfast with lots of choice exceeding typical american breakfast
