Positive: Friendly staff, lovely hotel overall. Upgraded on arrival for no additional cost to Spacious room overlooking park and golden gate bridge. Great position near wharf area and also near cable trams which was great for us. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Positive: Great location, right at the end of Fishermans wharf, plenty of restaurants and shops/shops around. Close to tram stop. Staff really friendly and helpful - on check in when they knew we were celebrating dads 80th birthday, they gave us vouchers for free glasses of wine, money off voucher for the restaurant, my dad was given a mug with the hotels logo on filled with sweets, when we got to the room there was a bottle of wine waiting and a card. Room was clean, well appointed. Also staff gave you bottles of water every day.
