Summary: It would have been an excellent rating, however the fire alarms went off at 2 am and guests were forced out to the street in freezing temperatures! No fire or police responded, no hotel staff in sight! After about 15 minutes, the alarms stopped and we went back to our rooms. I was not able to get back to sleep. It would have been nice for someone on hotel staff to tell us what was going on! Hotel should have offered guests free breakfast at the very least!

Summary: Staff excellent, location for us was great. The quieter end of Fisherman’s Wharf. Boutique feel stay in an historic area. Hotel was old Del Monte packing facility. Interior is awesome. Elegantly done.
