Negative: the room of my companions got locked from inside. we cant open the door. so my friends reported the problem to the front desk. the reply was "there is no maintenance available and no manager on site. after an hour or so they informed us the maintenance is coming in 40 minutes. it was opened when the maintenance arrived. next day my friends got a voucher or some refund. the hotel needs a make over.

Positive: Lovely rooms with great sized bathroom and bed which were super comfy and hotel in a good location to fisherman’s wharf. All the staff we spoke to were really friendly and happy to help.

Negative: Cost of parking. But know it’s expensive everywhere and street noise early in the morning.

Negative: In our room use of the toilet was only possible in an almost squatting position - ok for us but if you were older or with limited mobility you would need to change rooms !!
