Summary: Our first room did not have hot water. A tech was sent up quickly. When they we unable to fix it they put us in a new room very quickly and professional.

Summary: Check in was smooth and easy. Clerk was very helpful and friendly. We had a room near the elevator and kept hearing it ding. Beds weren't the most comfortable and the linens were slightly rough.

Summary: Great hotel. We have stayed here before and have liked it both times. Very close, easily walkable, to the performing arts center, which is why we were there. We got back to the hotel late and really appreciated that we could get food still in the bar. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Clean, quiet, comfortable. My top 3 criteria all met.
