Summary: Stayed with my dogs and enjoyed the shared fenced back yard. The location is not the best in Des Moines but I didn't have any problems. Improvements would be adding a curtain to the front door as it has a large window. Could use updated bedding and a deep clean for dust/replace air filters. Otherwise it was like staying at a friend's house.

Summary: Located right off the interstate and close to downtown but the actual neighborhood isn’t the greatest. Great communication with property manager. Answered emails and calls in a timely manner. The unit wasn’t clean. Lots of cobwebs. We purchased toilet paper and paper towels as there was only 2 rolls of tp and one roll of paper towels for 5 of us for a 4 night stay. The backyard was pretty…enjoyed sitting out there. The bathroom is remodeled and really nice. Could definitely use more cooking pots, pans and utensils.

Summary: The unit wasn't like the pictures or the description online. The beds were terrible, the bathroom door was partially off the hinges, there was no internet or TV service, and yard hadn't been cut in 2 or 3 weeks. I both called and emailed the management company the 1st day and heard nothing from them until after we left the next day. We were called away a day early for a family emergency.

Summary: When we checked in, I instantly saw how much dust was in the home. Dust covering blinds, windows, shower head, tables…then noticed the hanging vent cover from the ceiling in one bedroom, the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, wallpaper in bathroom pealing off the walls. When we finally went to bed in what appeared to be the cleanest room, it was clear the slats on the bed were out of place. The bottom half of the bed was basically on the floor. I messaged the owners and didn’t hear back from them until after we checked out. No refund and no apology…just thanked me for letting them know.
