Summary: This townhouse was great for us. The location was central to downtown and the Civic Center. The neighborhood was quiet and we heard no traffic noise.

Summary: The townhome is beautiful and in a great location. Very clean and comfortable! We walked to restaurants and rode our bikes elsewhere. The trails around Des Moines are amazing to ride and run on. Bry provided excellent communication from the time of booking. The garage was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: This property is wonderful for 1 or 2 couples as the 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Townhome is well equipped and clean. We were (unfortunately) unable to use the rooftop patio, but there is private outdoor space. Owner was quick to respond to any of my communication, and very pleasant. We hope to be able to use this property again, and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to be downtown.

Summary: This was a lovely property. Very comfortable accommodations. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your toiletries. They provide complimentary toiletries, which are nice, but if you stay multiple days, you will need your own. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I'd stay here again in the future.

Summary: We had a great stay. Super close to Hoyt Sherman for an event. It rained so we only got a sneak peek of the rooftop patio- but we will be back to enjoy it again. The only *wishlist* item we had was to have had some coffee creamers this morning.

Summary: The location was great for getting to the IA Events Center. Quick and easy. There was great restaurants nearby. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic may bother you. Overall great stay. Clean and comfy!
