Summary: We had a short weekend trip to Des Moines. We typically get a place in the burbs, but wanted something downtown this time. This was a good choice and will likely do it again. Clean, quite considering on Grand Ave., nice appliances, etc. Very nice to have private garage. Beds were a hair firm for me, but not bad. Not an issue for our group, but for those less mobile folks there are lots of stairs. My only knock is that in Iowa there are many more cooler nights than warm and it would be a huge benefit to add a small fire/heat insert to the rooftop patio. This is a key feature of the place for us, but a little to cool for everyone to sit out there and enjoy it. Overall, really good option and enjoyed it!

Summary: This property has so much space and such a great layout. The communication was great. It has a 2 car garage that fit my ram 1500 and grand Cherokee. Very clean and well kept! Can’t wait to come back!
