Summary: Very comfortable duplex. Large living area and fully equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were first rate. There is a great outdoor area along the canal. We are already planning another trip and hoping this place is available.

Summary: We had a really great stay! Clean place, comfortable bed, convenient location. Canal is good if you have a flats boat or something smaller, nothing with a T-top. Outside deck is nice. Our only concern is that it is a duplex with only one dock. We did not end up keeping our boat there but it’s a good thing we didn’t due to the neighbors having their boat there. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful spot. The apartment was clean & inviting inside, but the real show is out on the back porch. Within an hour of being there, we saw a manatee swim past and a croc (in the distance!). A day later we saw a herd of 3 manatees come right up to the water's edge while grazing. Plus birds, fish, etc. all in a beautiful setting that feels worlds away. The Freezer down the street is great - couldn't resist shrimp from there everyday! Plus many other restaurants within walking distance plus a small convenience store (Strickland's). We loved the laid-back vibe and hope to return.

Summary: Cute, clean, quiet and well equipped half of a duplex located in Old Homosassa. Easy check in and check out. Owner touched base a couple of times to make sure we got in with ease and to see if we had any needs. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend this unit to any couple looking for a nice quiets getaway.
