Summary: My husband and I spent 5 days at this wonderful house on the river. It was clean, bed is comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked. The house is also thoughtfully decorated to make it feel like home. We tied our pontoon boat to the dock for a couple of days while we used it to take friends out, then switched it for our skiff to go fishing. The tides were really low, so we had to fender off the dock, but otherwise it was perfect. Our favorite part was watching the sunrise from the beautiful deck and seeing manatees and dolphins pass by. Our stay was truly a treat!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! The property was in excellent condition and the amenities and attention to detail in the house was exceptional. Docking for my boat was the best we've seen in our 8 years of vacationing in Homosassa. The property was Five Stars Plus! Next scallop season we'll be definitely be back!

Summary: We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the Kayaks. The riverside balcony was great for sitting and enjoying the evening looking over the river. The only issue we has was one of the ceiling fans on the back balcony did not seem to work.
