Summary: The bathroom had hair on floor along with dirt. The night stand and table has something sticky spilled on it and we had to clean it. The pool was well maintained and very nice.

Summary: We stay here every year at the same time. The rooms are clean and the food at the restaurant is always consistent and good. The parking lot is easy for quick in and out to and from the river.

Summary: The only reason this hotel isn’t an overall one star is because the young guy at check in was very kind. We picked this place because it wasn’t COMPLETELY outrageous (but honestly for it being a roadway and the condition it is in, it actually is) price wise. There was no vacancy anywhere else, we looked after checking in here because we wanted to leave. While walking back to our room there was drywall crumbling and falling off and hardly attached to the exterior, SO MUCH leaking/ pouring water from broken attachments on the outside of the building, when we got to our room there were spider webs covered in dust along the ceilings and wall in the room, spider webs along the rim of the night stand then running to the corner of the bed and sticky weird residue on the bottom shelf of the night stand, along with some sort of stain/ spilled substance that had dried and made a stain on the floor, dead bugs and alive ones, german cockroaches both small and big, dirt in the sheets and a weird stain on the underside, the shower handle was put on backwards so cold water was available turning it toward H and vice versa so my 8 year old was screaming for me to help with the water because it was so hot, then WHILE you’re in the shower after finally getting it to ok warm water, the temperature would literally change to cold back to hot back and forth without anyone even touching it. Then when we came back later in the day after the first night… the beds were just tossed together. No way!

Summary: All staff members were helpful, friendly and professional. A very good restaurant onsite. Housekeeping was minimal. They came in emptied trash and took dirty towels. Our new clean towels were left at our door in a clear plastic bag. Pool area was nice. Bed was uncomfortable and bathroom was not upgraded with poor plumbing fixtures and toilet. Hot, cold water plumbing in sink was reversed. Property is old and in process of some updates.
