Positive: The staff was friendly, the room incredibly comfortable, the bed was the perfect firmness to support side sleepers. The lighting was good, the shower was amazing, and overall the location was great. Between quite a few dining areas and easy access to the highway. Very clean and had room service. We didn't use it, but it's nice to know it was an option! Checking in was easy, getting into the rooms was simple, had a good lock on it that felt safe, the place overall was very clean and felt very safe. When booking for a stay over the weekend in the area, I will absolutely be booking with this property again. I loved the rooms!

Negative: We booked for two people and only got one shampoo for bathing, one bar of soap to bathe with in the bathroom, and not enough pillows. I don't know if three is the typical default number to put in there for a long size bed for two, but we saw pictures online that showed four on the big beds which made sense for a large king size bed. Would have been nice to have an extra pillow and extra bathing supplies.

Positive: Reasonable rate, good location, good guy behind the desk.

Negative: My room had no microwave or fridge. My friends room did????? They charge you $3.00 a day to use the room safe. If you don't use it, you have to call them to get a credit on your card. There is a sign at the desk that states this policy, but there is no mention of it when you book the room. This policy is a scam to squeeze an extra few bucks out of you, because most people won't go thru the trouble of trying to get the $6 dollars back. It's not the money, just the way they do it.
