Negative: No elevator. No breakfast served as advertise.

Negative: Had a room with an adjoining door and there is no sound insulation at all, I could hear every word and sound from that room 24/7. Hard floor surface above made rolling suitcases up there very noisy.

Summary: Great hotel and amazing staff, but overall noise between rooms and upper floor is louder than avg

Positive: Large comfortable room that was spacious, not cramped. Bathroom as well. TV is a smart TV, so I could stream from my Netflix/Hulu/Disney accounts by just signing in.

Negative: The room was well set up with a few issues. First was the HVAC system that was off when I entered the rom. I turned it on for heat and set it for 70 degrees. The room ended up getting too warm and turning the temp down didn't help. I finally had to turn it to cool and set the temp for 65 so that it would cool off and I could sleep. Other issue is the bed that has a metal frame or box spring that is noisy when you get in and out of bed, like a metal can being crunched. The compimentry breakfast is only ceral, very disappointing so I didn't bother to eat there.

Summary: A nice place to spend a night or more, convienent to EXPO Center!

Positive: Room clean and simple. Staff was friendly. No issues with parking. Reasonable rates. Location close to highway. Overall pleasant stay.

Negative: Continental breakfast sparse, consisting of a few prepackaged cereal bars, yogurt and expired muffins. Didn't see fruit. Guess qualifies as breakfast and not big deal but really falls short even by continental breakfast standards. Location on gritty side and isolated. No issues but my first impression as driving to hotel.
