Summary: This home was the answer to so many questions we didn’t even know to ask. Cookware and utensils were abundant, the house itself so spacious and the bedrooms and baths provided us all plenty of room to rest and get ready with no stress. The decor is updated and fresh; lots of light in the space with the large glass doors. Really wonderful house and the owner was attentive, not pushy but answered any questions timely and graciously. The perks of local gift cards was a huge bonus! Will absolutely stay again when we’re in the St Augustine area!

Summary: La Valencia was a perfect home for our visit to St. Augustine. Location was great & walkable to everything in the historic district. The house was very clean & well cared for. The master bed was very comfortable. Other two beds were a little less comfortable but still very adequate. The home had everything we needed and the kitchen was well-equipped. The front porch was a wonderful place to sit as was the living room which comfortably seated our whole party. We noted lots of extras that we didn’t necessarily need but others may find helpful such as soft -sided coolers, reusable shopping bags, and a pack & play. I would highly recommend La Valencia to anyone visiting the St. Augustine area. One of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.

Summary: We wanted to take our adult children on one last weekend getaway before the weather gets too hot, and this weekend was perfect. The location is great because it's pretty much a 10 minute walk to anything in Old Town...maybe 15 minutes to the Castillo. Even though it's so close to where everything is happening, it's on a quiet street so you aren't disturbed by the late night revelry. The area felt quite safe for walking at night. The house had all the amenities and privacy that our family of 5 needed. The beds were comfortable. I even took the pillow case off the pillow to see what brand it was because it was better than my pillow at home. I ordered two of them before I left town. I can't overstate how amazing the communication was with the property managers. Responses were prompt and and very polite. Check in was a breeze and I felt really comfortable knowing that they would respond immediately if I had any issues (though I didn't have any). We will definitely try to book this home again when we visit St. Augustine again.
