It’s also a quick bike ride or drive to the Pier and beaches.

Every part of the home is available for guest use, except for the locked owner’s closet and garage.

We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!
*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $100 for 1 dog, $200 for 2 dogs, for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

Summary: The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Even though it was too chilly to use the pool, we enjoyed sitting out in the pool deck chairs in the sun-just a relaxing pretty setting. Our English Yellow Lab loved exploring the grassy area around the pool and taking long walks in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable! Loved the reading lamps beside the beds as we are big readers. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and other meals. There were plenty of shelves to put your own food and supplies. Nearby restaurants like Black Molly's, Fish Camp, The Reef and the French Bakery (now called Les Petits Pleasures) were our favorites!

Summary: We live in St. John’s County, but wanted to be closer to our daughter’s school because it was her senior homecoming. The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We had a homecoming brunch for the girls, and they had everything we needed to prepare it. The backyard was great for our pup, and the pool was perfect! It’s also convenient to great restaurants, and attractions. We will be back! Thank you so much!

Summary: The house is nicely decorated and was clean on arrival. The location is great and the property manager was quick to respond and easy to communicate. The grill was out of gas, but I was warned before arrival. It would be a big convenience to have the tank full, even if the renter had to pay extra.

Summary: Goin' Coastal was perfect! Plenty of space to relax inside. Everything you might need in a kitchen. Great closet space for your personal items. Everything in the house was working...TV, ac, dishwasher. We took a walk most mornings in the neighborhood. The property was so close to the beach and parking as well as the Old City. Perfect central location. We would definitely go coastal again!

Summary: The Goin Coastal property was very clean and welcoming. The property location was ideal for us as it was very close to the historic district and very close to St. Augustine Beach. The neighborhood was also extremely quiet. The pool was amazing and so relaxing. This was our first time visiting St. Augustine and we will definitely be back and Goin Coastal will be our first choice for our next stay. And last but not least, the host was great. The communication was spot-on she made sure we had what we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
