Summary: Great water front property that is exactly as advertised. Enough space for our family and a pet. The fishing was great.

Summary: We brought our boat down so having the dock was awesome. The launch isn’t far away. There is power and water on the dock. The dock provides a good spot to catch bait (pin fish and croaker and crabs) then hit the intercoastal and go fish. We enjoyed having the fenced yard for our dogs. The house has everything you could possible need.

Summary: Great house, very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, love the porches and the view. We saw manatees, a dolphin, birds, turtle. We kayaked and fished from the dock and went to Mexico Beach a couple of times. FYI--The mosquitoes were bad while we were there. We had a wonderful time.
