Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Point at Barefoot Cottages. The house was exactly what we expected with no issues or complaints. Not sure who has responsibilities of the pool area but the pool closest to the house has some issues with dry rotting pool furniture. If you have chairs of your own I would use them as the chairs at the pool are no good. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for having us.

Summary: Julie's Pelican Point stay was perfect!!! It was clean, well kept and cared for, and close to everything. The unit had everything we needed: close to the beach, quiet evenings, and comfy beds. No problems at all; just a great place to stay with a wonderful and attentive host.

Summary: Barefoot Cottages is a quite little private community. The cottage was beautiful, very well maintained and very clean. Julie and Dennis were great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to the small city, the beach and not a long drive from Panama City. Its a community where i would consider purchasing and living there all year round.Loved it.

Summary: Beautiful cottage in a gated community. Very clean and was stocked with essentials I needed for a 2 week stay, also had a well-stocked coffee bar. Loved the screened in patio and balcony, was able to work out there with no issues. Julie is an excellent property manager, check-in and out was easy and I was sent info I needed prior to my stay, she replied to text messages quickly during my stay. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Summary: This is an immaculate, beautiful cottage in a great location to everything in the area. Exactly as pictured (if not better). Quiet and restful; we had no issues at all with noise or privacy. Even though the cottages are close in proximity to each other, the way they are situated, and the use of landscaping makes you feel surprisingly private. Julie is an excellent communicator and check in and check out were simple and seamless. We love this area of Florida and would love to stay here again!
