Summary: Very impressive. Big, spacious, living area. Very nice outside area with lots of seating and a nice propane grill, and a view of the ocean! 2 families, (6 adults, 2 children) had plenty of private space. The 4 bikes and the 6 seater golf cart really topped it off. Everything was super clean, the kitchen had all necessities. Also, lots of games for inside and out. 5 stars all the way! And port st Joe is great. Love your place and love the area!

Summary: This house is absolutely perfect for two families or a larger group. the Guest suite makes it perfect to have two families. The house is setup well also with 2 kitchens, coffee maker in each and fridge in each. The guest suite having the shuffleboard and an Xbox 36o0 made it easy to entertain when going outdoors wasn't an option or at night. It had all the essentials in the kitchen for those that want to make food at home. the Bunk room was great for the kids as well. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything. What I would be sure to consider when booking, if you have kids that like to ride the waves, are use to the Destin or Panama City beaches, etc... The beach that is closest to the house had more sea weed than other areas of the gulf it seemed, the water is really calm, which is great for seeing marine life and fishing but not as much for riding the waves. This also seems to cut down on the rip tides etc so if that is a concern for you the beach close to the house is great. Mexico Beach is a 5-12 min drive depending on what part you go to and that will give you more of the PCB/Destin type beach and water without the same crowds!. Overall, this was an excellent place and an amazing experience. we would definitely come back for another visit to this house!

Summary: Our family vacation was absolutely incredible! To start off, it was so nice to be dealing directly with the owners. I had a special request before we arrived and Laura actually called me on the phone and was extremely helpful. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could ever want or need. There were spices for our meals, extra sunscreen, outdoor games, indoor games and puzzles. The boys enjoyed the amazing TVs and sound system, while I really appreciated the large pantry to put all of our food, having two fridges and ovens and the washer and dryer. The waffle maker really needs to be put in the house description because I am always looking to see if a rental has one! I could go on with all that this place has. We loved every moment of our week long vacation thanks to Sandy Britches being such a wonderful and beautiful place! Thank you!!
