Summary: Loved our stay! Easy and prompt communication with owner! Very well stocked kitchen, lots of games for family play, beach towels and lots of beach ware including beach chairs and pool toys! Loved the two covered porches and bed swing!

Summary: We had our 5 adult children and their significant others and our 5 Grandchildren ages 0-14 with us. The bedrooms were fantastic, everybody had a room, the location was awesome. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked! Really appreciated the stocked beach closet! The kitchen table was the central point for many great dinners and fun nights! The only negative about this house is that we had to leave it!! Can't wait to go back!

Summary: We have 2 married sons and this was our annual trip with our family. Sweet Necessity provided the perfect place for 3 adult couples, a 16 year old grandson and 2 granddaughters, ages 11 and 9. Everyone loved the house and the location. We had plenty of room and it could not have been a better week.
