Summary: The house was set up very well. The golf cart for 6 was a hit with everyone. The gaming area and second living area with an additional kitchen was so helpful with having visitors come hang out and to cook for everyone. We will definitely rent this house again.

Summary: This home is in great shape, has tons of room, and is well appointed. The community has a good bit of construction going on but it is really not problematic at all - you rarely encounter it. The small downtown area and the beach are super charming - but I think what hit us most was how nice everyone is in the area. Despite being a very planned community the people we encountered all give off that great relaxed beach vibe. And the owners set the tone by having a bottle of wine waiting on arrival!
