4 Bedroom House in Arroyo Grande

This is the Hide and Seek House; it is 3800 SF; 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus additional 2 half baths; sleeps 8-10. Classic Southern Living Houseplan with front wrap around porches.
Tall ceilings, open and spacious, with a big front porch; fire pit in the front on propane for the wine drinkers and wood fire pit in the back for the whiskey. Gas BBQ to grill in the back and enjoy the outdoors among the Central Coast Live Oaks;
The home was completed in February 2020 and our family has lived here since that time.
The master bedroom is downstairs with a Cal-king bed, an on-suite master bathroom complete with separate walk-in shower and soaking tub, two sinks, and toilet with bidet.
One upstairs bedroom is the kids bedroom with two twin beds, plus a crib, and an on-suite full bathroom, and play closet.
The second upstairs bedroom is a second-master type, queen bed, with separate coffee table type seating, reading nook area, two closets, and on-suite full bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is the over-garage suite, with a Cal-king bed, additional seating, small bar/kitchenette, and on-suite ¾ bath.
Master chef kitchen with large 6 burner range and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, large fridge-freezer, reverse osmosis water dispenser, and deluxe Salvatore Italian espresso machine; it is a joy! Use of pots, pans, appliances, spices, plus paper plates and napkins, ziplocks, foil, everything you would have in your own home is here.
Our family lives right down the road and this is a great, quiet, neighborhood for family getaways for long weekends or whole weeks up here on the Central Coast!
We have a large garden you can casually pick fruit and vegetables from and chickens producing about a dozen eggs per day that you are free to enjoy!

Summary: Just 20 minutes outside of San Luis Obispo but close to other cities and sites worth visiting. Beautiful and fully equipped kitchen. Large rooms, and enough full bathrooms and half baths for every guest. Head outside and there's seating areas around every corner. Conversations around the gas fire pit was such a fun gathering after dinner. Will come again!

Summary: We spent a long weekend here with family and it was the perfect spot for a restful visit. Well-equipped kitchen for family meals, and plenty of space to visit indoors and outdoors. Even had a play structure that kept the kids busy and active! The owners were very communicative and helpful. We loved our time here and highly recommend it.

Summary: We had an amazing experience at this awesome property. The highlights were the 4 awesome rooms, 3 with bathtubs, the adorable flock of chickens which laid ~8 eggs per day, the fully stocked kitchen with the state of the art copper espresso machine, and the prime location to Pismo, Avila, and Arroyo Grande downtown. Kids loved the playground and teens loved the fire pit. Pet friendly was a big plus. One tiny problem was the toilet handle to one of the six bathrooms, but overall, everything was well beyond our expectation.
