Summary: We loved the condo and it was very nicely furnished and stocked. We enjoyed the rooftop in the morning and the evening. There where two tables and 4 chairs around each as well as a bar with two tall chairs. It would be nice to have some other furniture but we spent a lot of time up there and really enjoyed the view! Great condo for our family with three adult children and my 81 year old parents!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So much space, very nicely decorated and spotless, well-stocked kitchen, and the rooftop is great to watch sunsets. Walking distance from town and the beach, and having the garage to park 2 cars was so convenient. Our only hiccup was the icemaker in the fridge not working, but the agency provided us with a bag of ice which was more than enough for our stay. And the bed frame in the master bedroom creaks, but we could deal with it. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Summary: We were in town for our son’s wedding and decided on Pismo Awesome instead of a hotel. The location was amazing. We loved having a really nice kitchen to prepare breakfast and had coffee on the amazing rooftop deck (which was the highlight of this property!). Comfortable beds, spacious 2 car garage. Thanks for a great stay!

The unit was super clean and located within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, etc. Good hiking and wineries were a short drive away. We definitely liked the rooftop deck and spent mornings having coffee and evening BBQs up there...awesome views. The place was well stocked, especially the kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone. Would not recommend it if you have anyone in your group that can't do stairs. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place.

Reviewer Comments: Seven Sisters was good to work with, and they addressed the problems we had expeditiously. The property is well maintained and is in a good location. Nice to be near Pismo and also not too far from CalPoly. Hiccups we experienced - first use of dryer, would automatically shut off within 5 minutes of starting. Seven Sisters had us try to move it out from the wall a small amount in case the vent was twisted. No luck - someone came to repair, but it never got fixed. We ended up hanging clothes up. Second hiccup, so many little ants in the downstairs rug. Didn't notice them until I rested my foot on the rug and felt them. Seven Sisters immediately send someone over to remove the rug, treat for ants, and cleaned the living room area. No ants after that. Last thing isn't a hiccup as much as a preference. The mattress in primary bedroom is too firm and should be replaced. In the grand scheme of things, these problems are/were fixable. Not only is the home well maintained, it had everything we needed. Again - you can't go wrong with Seven Sisters.
