Cozy two level condo just a few minutes walk from the shoreline and downtown Pismo Beach. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, Window to Pismo is part of the historic Philippine Islands building, with lots of natural light, and is the ideal location for a beachside escape — whether you’re looking for family fun on the beach or a serene hideaway to unwind with a loved one. With two bedrooms and sofa sleepers in living room, the condo sleep 7, and is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, balcony, a comfortable living area for movies and game nights, and a below-unit garage for your vehicle. All linens provided. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. all sinks are fitted with reverse osmosis. In addition, there is a bbq pit that is for the use of all occupants in the building, as well as an outdoor shower to clean sandy feet upon returning from the beach.
Since the bbq is shared by all 4 units, please clean up after use as a courtesy for the other occupants.

Summary: Very clean, nice location and very well maintained property had a very pleasant day. I will be booking this property again in the future for my family. The only tough thing was the stairs because I had a kid who had a fractured leg and was in a wheelchair, so it was hard to get them up and down the stairs besides that great stay

Summary: Condo is in perfect location, close to beach and downtown. Garage was very convenient for parking and cleaning up after the beach. Great to have washer/dryer. House was well equipped for kids with safety gates, pack n play, beach toys & chairs, and wagon. We would love to stay here again!

Summary: My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pismo and this was the perfect find for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and located a quick walk to the beach, pier, and all the great food in Pismo. The large garage was great for storing our bikes and boards. Kids loved it and we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, and we loved having 2.5 baths. Although there were lots of stairs, the bedroom's separation from the living areas made for quiet sleeping. My only complaint is that the pillows were horrible. We ended up sleeping on sweatshirts and blankets instead because they were so thick and hard.
