1 Bedroom Cottage in Downtown, Pismo Beach

Our cottage is a COST EFFECTIVE alternative to hotel rooms!
It is single story for easy access, no common walls with a FULL kitchen. It has an outdoor yard for bbq and kids play. There is off street parking and a detached building with free laundry facility and additional lockable storage, with beach chairs boogie boards and towels. Our cottage is 1/2 block to the beach and 2 1/2 blocks from the pier. It is located within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.
The space
The cottage was remodeled in 2014 with all modern amenities-top of the line appliances and slate floors and tile throughout. There is free wi fi and flat screen tv's in the bedroom and family room. The cottage has a storage unit that has a pack n' play crib, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, 2 adult size boogie boards and 2 child size boogie boards.

Summary: Close to the beach ( one minute walk), close to the Pismo Beach downtown ( three minutes walk), clean, full equipped kitchen. Family of four ( two adults and two kids -13 and 9 years old).

Summary: Such a cute set of cottages steps away from the beach and all the things the Pismo area has to offer. The off street parking is an added bonus. The cottage itself is cozy, well equipped and felt like home. We only stayed 2 nights, but could easily see us staying for a week or more. We didn't get a chance to utilize the built-in bbq situation. Next time we'll be more prepared for a longer stay. Overall it was a great stay and we couldn't be more greatful.

Summary: Solo female world traveler. This rental was above expectation. Communication with owner was fantastic. Instructions were spot on and well organized. Everything I needed was there. Beautifully renovated. Off street parking was wonderful. Walking distance to shopping and dining. I will be back!
