Summary: We had a lovely Christmas stay here. The host is very friendly and helpful, and made it a wonderful place for us to celebrate the season away from home. The space is cozy, but perfect for a small family. The kitchen is well equipped, and the off-street parking is very convenient when traveling by car. Highly recommend if you want a quiet, comfortable place for a family.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was bright and cheery and it had everything we needed for our stay. The owner also left us a welcome basket with snacks, which was so welcoming and thoughtful. A lot of thought and detail was put into making sure we had a great visit.

Summary: We are a young family (kids age 5 and 7) and very much enjoyed this cottage. It is incredibly well appointed for a family stay, and it felt very much a home from home. We particularly appreciated the downstairs toilet, safe garden space, TV next to the dining table, large fully kitted kitchen, washer/dryer, and toys/books/bath toys to name a few. There is also a village green with great playground round the corner. Apparently there are lots of woodland trails and play parks close too. Unfortunately we run out of time to get to enjoy these. We would definitely stay again.
