Summary: This was a lovely property, as advertised. We visited for a long weekend with our son and his girlfriend, and it was a perfect flat for the four of us. The high ceilings and views front and back are magnificent - you feel like you're in an episode of Bridgerton or Downton Abbey, or an Austen novel! The full containers of coffee and tea were a nice addition. Be prepared, one bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain so you have to sit in the bathtub to shower. The only thing that I would have appreciated is a hairdryer; travelling from Canada means we don't have room in our luggage for one, and I'm used to properties providing them.

Summary: Having found the property online, we were very much looking forward to the visit. It was just as shown on the website and the location was perfect, right next to the Royal Crescent and just a small walk into the city centre. All amenities within the apartment were spot on for our stay and we very much enjoyed the property and what it had to offer including an incredibly useful welcome book. The consumables provided were also a really nice touch. There were a few additional residents when we arrived - lots of ladybirds in the back bedroom at the top of the windows - but after opening the windows, they vacated fairly swiftly!

Summary: Superb location - just a short walk into the city centre but with the added bonus of fab view across the green and up to the crescent. Everything you need in the apartment - two huge bedrooms and two bathrooms, lovely sitting room with great views, table and chairs with plenty of room to seat four for meals. Everything you need for a perfect break - would definitely book again.

Summary: Property is brilliant my only observation would be the parking. On your website it stated parking available but more detail about this would have been handy. Parking was only by permit and just pot luck where you could get parked in the street which sometimes was quite a walk away

Summary: We were 2 couples ready to explore Bath and part of the Cotswold Pathway. We had a great time. This beautiful flat was a great place for us to have a light dinner and relax after covering a lot of ground in London for 3 days. We enjoyed a beautiful rainbow out the front windows and people watching in the Royal Crescent lawn. The flat was very clean, beds were comfortable and everything needed was available. The only thing we joked that it lacked was enough ice cube trays!
