Positive: Such a great stay - rooms, amenities, food, staff etc. were all excellent. Just be prepared for some steps down to the beaches / walking uphill around the very large property if you dont care to wait for a buggy

Negative: While nice and modern, the grey, minimalist buildings and infrastructure look a bit out of place amidst the natural beauty of the island

Positive: Amazing hotel, modern, well designed, spacious rooms, great view. It feels like you are in the middle of nature, it is built very well. Two wonderful beaches which allow great snorkling. The romantic beach is within the top 3 beaches I have ever been. You have to do a bit of walking if you explore by foot, but thats ok when eating such great food - and they offer buggy service and are usually very quick and easy to order. The hotel staff is very lovely and takes good care of you. The food is great. Great diving center, with very nice guides and interesting diving sites really close by. Great for families too, we brought our relatives who live in Malaysia for a weekend, with two kids, and they had a great time. There is lots to do for kids. They have a great gym with an amazing view. We stayed 11 nights and we weren't getting bored at all, could have stayed much longer. All the pools are amazing, this hotel offers really a lot and we are already dreaming of coming back.

Negative: Maybe constructive feedback: We had lunch included, but sometimes the (same) drink was complimentary, sometimes not (at the same restaurant) - was a bit confusing. Also in holidays, we are usually doing two small breakfasts instead of a big one. Small one - Swim/Snorkel/Gym and than another small one. We probably consum equal or less than the average guest. This was never a problem in any hotel but here on our last day it was brought to our attention that this was against the policy (never heared or read about it - or maybe missed it but not made aware of it when we entered the breakfast area giving our room number again) - they did let us have the second breakfast - so fair enough - but the way it was handled by the manager - we did leave the hotel a bit annoyed. But we would definitely come back - staff and the hotel are amazing.

Summary: One of the nicest hotels I've been, wonderful stay. Best beach.

Positive: Great rooms, facilities, food and service in an idyllic location! They put a strong emphasis on protecting the environment with the dive centre and coral discovery centre playing active roles in protecting and restoring local reefs.

Negative: A few things were quite expensive, especially when compared to the cost just a few steps outside the resort.

Positive: This hotel is everything you dream from your desk while you are working and imagining the perfect holiday! The staff is amazing, helpful, kind and attentive. A shout out for Faezah, who has been super helpful on a challenging situation and went above and beyond to assist us. Rooms are big and comfortable, facilities are well kept and look after all day long. The Romantic beach accessible from the resort it is a paradise and easy to reach!

Negative: Netflix app should be an option included-on the tv. Food is good but the quality (especially breakfast) could be improved.

Summary: I would pick this hotel again and again
