Positive: Free water refill The outdoor cinema nights The helpful and friendly staff

Negative: Aging hotel and outdated equipment. The horrible and strong naphthalene smell in the bathroom and room. A deposit is required at the check-in The prices of the restaurant for food and drinks. Even if it's not expensive, it is the double of other shops and restaurants on the island. Go out of the hotel (100 meters further) and we will find everything you want for half price. No deck chairs or seats available on the beach to enjoy sunbathing. In general, the island is very polluted, the beaches are full of rubbish and it is even worse in the forest(jungle). I don't know what we have to pay a park fee at the jetty for?

Negative: The restaurant is significantly overpriced compared to local standards. Additionally, the staff misled us during their advertised happy hour and failed to apply the promised discount. Disappointing experience overall.

Positive: My husband and I visited Ombak Dive Resort during our honeymoon. The staff prepared a beautiful honeymoon room for us. The stay completely exceeded our expectations. The biggest plus was the staff, who were happy to recommend beautiful places to visit and give us useful tips for experiences and adventures, were very accommodating to our early arrival and were always very kind and nice. The room was smaller, but cozy, authentic and clean, as was the entire resort. The resort also has a great restaurant with amazing food. Among other things, they are also happy to fill you with drinking water. We definitely recommend and would love to come back here someday.

Positive: I like that we did not have to walk very far from the jetty. I like the friendly staff -- and the cafe was very nice. The food served at the cafe is really nice..and I can lepak at the cafe --reading book --drinking coffee...excellent stay!

Negative: The facility could create more water sources outside for visitors to wash their feet, it would be great. This will make it easier for us to wash our feet and room will be cleaner.

Summary: Healing...keep the stress out of my mind..
