Positive: Location close to both beaches, but as there were no trees around it was hot the whole day (and much of the night).

Negative: Wifi not working (bring a SIM). Staff visibly did not care. Tents lacked maintenance. Overall, I would not come again.

Positive: I enjoyed my stay at this place. The matress was super comfortable and the beach is only 2-3 minutes away. The aircon is new (low sound and efficiently cooling the tent)

Negative: As expected, the accommodation was very basic. I recommend bringing your own saop/shampoo as these are not provided. The tent is small: I stayed there alone, hence it was fine, but it might be tight for 2 people. There was only one chair and you have to put all your stuff on the floor since there is no shelf or table in the tent. There were some ants in the tent. Unfortunately, the cleared the whole space from trees which means there is no shade around the tents. You can hardly sit there and enjoy the view. I hope that they will reforest the area at some point!

Positive: A very suitable location between Coral Bay and Long Beach ( about 5 minutes walk each side) Very quite and peaceful along the nights

Negative: - Room temperature can be really high even with the Aircon’s running 24/7 during mid day ( the tent as bad heat rejection system) - the toilet as bad ventilation system - The bedsheets had stains on it and some of towels had a weird smell ( can be changed if needed)

Summary: Improve the heat rejection system (so it’s not hot during mid day) and ensure the toilet ventilation system in improved

Positive: I liked the location and the format of the rooms (tent). It was nice that they had room service, but i did not peruse it. It was also convenient that they had a small shop for water and toiletries that was fairly priced

Negative: The tent was stained on the exterior but was visible through the interior, although it did not affect cleanliness, it did affect the aesthetics. There were some mosquitos but it is too be expected and not the fault of the property.

Positive: The place is nice, the location is okay, the shared bathroom is only shared with one other tent so it is nearly private. I think for the budget room with shared bathroom it is good value for money.

Negative: The matresses were super thin and not very comfortable, it‘s camping so that comes with some downsides. I think the other rooms with air con and private bathroom are overprized. The place has potential which is not fully used yet.
