Summary: Palafitos is one of the best places I have ever stayed. I am going to visit Mexico and stay at Palafitos again. The area, view from rooms, accommodation standards, restaurants, staffs, I mean, everything is just great about Palafitos.

Summary: This is my new favorite place to stay! The service was the best I have ever received and was consistent across the board . Ferdinand, Janet and Alberto were outstanding- extremely attentive and responsive . The property is beautiful and the overwater bungalows are very nice . Great price for what you get . They aren’t kidding when they say “More Inclusive”. Definitely will be back .

Summary: This place was amazing! 5 star treatment from the beginning to the end. Food was amazing, service, beautiful beach beside the seaweed. But it’s everywhere. The bungalow was exceptionally nice.

Summary: Our honeymoon at the Palafitos Overwater Bungalows was pure perfection from start to finish. The luxurious sedan pick-up set the tone for the top-notch service we experienced throughout our stay. Our overwater bungalow was breathtaking – panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, a private infinity plunge pool, and even a glass-bottom floor panel. The service was truly extraordinary, led by our incredible butler, Yasser. He anticipated our every need, orchestrating our stay with grace and genuine warmth. Yasser made us feel like cherished friends, always going above and beyond. Our beach butler, Rafael, was equally delightful, ensuring our beach days were pure bliss with refreshing drinks and a constant smile. The food was a revelation, far beyond "5-star." Every meal was a Michelin-star style masterpiece, meticulously crafted and exquisitely presented. We savored fresh seafood, perfectly cooked steaks, and innovative dishes that delighted our palates. Summary: This property is breath taking and the hospitality from start to finish was completely unmatched. We stayed 4 days at the palafitos and 3 at xcarat. Palafitos was by far our favorite place and most memorable given the staff and all around service. We can’t wait to come back for a full week next time!! Aldo, Janet, Alberto, you all made this trip amazing!!!
