Positive: The atmosphere of the entire resort was amazing! We wanted a quiet peaceful stay and this met and exceeded that expectation. We spent a lot of time on the beach enjoying the sun and crystal clear turquoise water of the Caribbean. The entire beach staff was wonderful - very attentive without ever being disruptive. The villa staff and servers were very friendly and super helpful. We loved Oscar who greeted us and showed us around on our first day and our breakfast server Manuel. Both went the extra mile. The conceriege staff always greeted us with a smile and were extremely helpful with any requests. The villa was fabulous as well - we loved the outdoor shower! The breakfast was extremely good and our favorite meal of the day. The food overall was excellent!

Positive: They checked us in early and provided an upgraded room. The staff were attentive and efficient. The facilities were excellent. The gardens were spectacular and the breakfast selection and quality was impressive.

Negative: Everything was perfect except for the prices of the food and drink especially for the AU dollar.

Positive: First stay at Chablé Maroma and we were beyond satisfied with our stay. The staff was amazing; everyone was so nice and created such a welcoming environment. Great spot if you’re looking to relax, everything you need is there including an amazing spa. Villas are nicely spread out so you don’t hear or see many of the other guest. We’ll be returning in the future.
