Positive: The facilities like Spa , Pool, Onsen and Rooms fully renovated in 2024. Huge Pool, Spa, Onsen and Sauna areas. The Buffet dinner was also fantastic with a vast array of Japanese food.

Negative: Overall excellent. Renovated rooms were huge for Japanese standards . The views out to Lake Toya in a clear day is just stunning.
