Positive: Fantastic views, amenities, and very friendly staff.

Negative: Long walk from the south building to the Grand Bath. The facilities are great, but are starting to show their age a bit with rust.

Positive: Location: Hotel is right in the middle of everything.

Negative: When you store your suit cases in the basement floor B1, we were unable to get to the lobby to meet up with the taxi we booked. Once you check out you can’t access the elevator back to the lobby. So you have to lug everything out the lower driveway and up and around the out side of the hotel and up the ramp to the main entrance. It was a hassle.

Summary: All in all, the hotel is great. We experience the taiko drum show and it was good. They should have more intertainment

Positive: Grand bath was a unique experience of many different spring types, at different temperatures. Dinner buffet was great.

Negative: For April the room's heating was too warm for my parents. And the only way to turn it down was turning off the aircond.
