Positive: The onsen was great. The rooms very tastefully decorated. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Negative: The food was axlittle disappointing. It looked absolutely stunning, but the taste was a little bland.

Positive: Very special Japanese hotel, the staff were courteous and helpful. Make sure to book their dinner in advance or you won’t have any place, the options outside the hotel were few in the evening.

Negative: The design, the cleanliness the authentic Japanese cuisine. A very special experience. The onsen was great too. I liked the massage chairs they have and breakfast was very special.
