Positive: Great location and a good-sized room. Staff speak little English. Very clean but if you want your room cleaned you have to leave the room key with reception. Breakfast was OK

Negative: You have to pay 150 yen per night public bath tax, whether you use it or not. The value for money wasn't as good as other hotels in Shikoku.

Summary: OK and clean hotel which has probably seen better days.

Positive: I had the spa all to myself. That's all I need to say. It is an old building, very clean and comfortable. It is next to the river and right in town. The location was fantastic.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike, the location, the service and best of all the spa was great.
